01When should an after builders clean take place?

The most effective time is after dusty trades and snagging work are complete, loose waste is removed and utilities and safe access are available. Staged cleans can be discussed for larger programmes.

02Do you remove building rubble or hazardous waste?

No standard cleaning quotation includes skips, heavy rubble or hazardous materials. These must be removed safely before cleaning unless a separate, suitable arrangement is agreed.

03Can you clean around newly fitted surfaces?

Yes. We take care around new finishes and agree known product restrictions before work begins. Please provide any manufacturer or site-specific cleaning requirements.

04How is an after builders clean priced?

Pricing depends on size, dust level, residue, access, glazing, floor types, required finish and deadline. Current photos or a site visit help us define the scope accurately.
