Your cleaning enquiry

R&N Property Solution Ltd uses the contact details, property information and optional photos you provide to respond to your request, prepare a quotation and arrange cleaning. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing or confirm a booking.

Storage and access

Requests are stored in the website’s hosted database, and optional photos in private file storage. The private enquiry inbox is restricted to the site owner. The website runs on OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure. When email notifications are enabled, Resend delivers a notification to the R&N business inbox. Photo links require the owner to sign in.

Please do not include people, identity documents, payment details or other sensitive information in photos or messages. Basic request information is used temporarily to limit spam.

Advertising measurement

Where enabled, optional Google Ads measurement loads only after you accept it. It helps us understand which ads lead to enquiries. The measurement event contains a random enquiry reference, not your name, contact details, postcode, message or photos. Google may process browser, device and advertising interaction information. You can reject optional cookies and still use the form. Change your choice using Cookie settings.

Essential storage remembers your cookie choice. It is not used to advertise to you.

Basic website statistics

We count views of our public pages in our own website database. Each record contains the public page path, a broad source category such as Google or Facebook, the time, and a random reference for that single view. This counter uses no cookies or visitor identifiers and stores no IP addresses, full referring URLs, advertising click IDs or form details. Records are retained for up to 30 days and removed when the next view is recorded. Only the site owner can see the statistics. We respect Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals. These basic counts are separate from optional Google Ads measurement.
